Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the customer service channels of NEW FASHION PERU S.A. ("New Fashion Peru"), RUC 20259088055, including WhatsApp and our website. By contacting us, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

New Fashion Peru is a 925 Silver and Gold jewelry factory that sells wholesale only. Through our customer service channels we provide information about the company and our products, catalogs, and an advisor to help with quotes, orders and appointments.

2. Automated responses

Some WhatsApp replies may be sent automatically and are for reference only. Prices, availability, lead times and any commercial commitment are only valid once confirmed in writing by a New Fashion Peru advisor. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

3. Business hours

We are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Lima time). Messages received outside these hours are answered during the next business hours. Visits to our plant and showroom are by appointment only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to provide truthful information and not to send illegal, offensive, fraudulent or spam content. We may stop responding to conversations that break these rules.

5. Orders and payments

Orders are agreed with an advisor. We accept cash and bank transfer, unless another method is indicated, and we issue the corresponding receipt or invoice under SUNAT (Peruvian tax authority) regulations.

6. Intellectual property

The catalogs, photos, designs and brands we share belong to New Fashion Peru and are provided for informational and commercial purposes only. They may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Liability

We strive to keep our channels running continuously, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, such as WhatsApp service outages. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you by Peruvian law, including the Consumer Protection and Defense Code where applicable.

8. Complaints

You can send inquiries or complaints to ventas@newfashionperu.pe or through our Complaints Book.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its update date.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the judges and courts of Lima, without prejudice to the rights the law grants to consumers.
