This policy explains how we handle the personal data of people who contact us through WhatsApp, our website and our other customer service channels.

2. Data we collect

When you message us or fill out a form, we may process:

  • Contact details: name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address.
  • Content of your messages: text and, if you send them, images, audio or documents.
  • Business information you share with us: company or type of business, city or country and products of interest.
  • Technical data: date and time of messages, and browsing information from our website (pages visited, clicks and scrolling), recorded statistically and without including what you type into forms.

We do not request sensitive data. Please do not send us passwords, card details or health information.

3. How we use your data

  1. To answer your inquiries and provide information about our products.
  2. To send you catalogs and quotes, and to manage orders, appointments, shipping and invoicing.
  3. To organize and improve our customer service.
  4. To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We will only send you promotions or news if you authorize it. You can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Automated responses

Some WhatsApp replies may be sent automatically to handle basic inquiries, such as business hours, location or general information. Prices, orders and any other commercial commitments are always confirmed by a member of our team, and you can ask to speak with an advisor at any time.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it, when necessary, with:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), which provides the messaging service.
  • Google, which provides the tools where requests submitted through our website forms are recorded (Google Sheets) and the statistical measurement of visits (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).
  • Microsoft (Clarity), which helps us understand how our website is used through heatmaps and anonymous session recordings, so we can improve its design.
  • Hosting and technology providers needed to operate our services.
  • Shipping companies, when needed to deliver an order.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers may store data on servers located outside Peru.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business relationship, and for no more than 24 months after your last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, tax records). After that, we delete it.

7. Security

We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as access restricted to authorized staff and encrypted connections.

8. Your rights

9. Minors

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Our website uses technical cookies needed for it to work and analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand, statistically, how the site is used. You can block them in your browser settings.
