Data Deletion

At New Fashion Peru (NEW FASHION PERU S.A., RUC 20259088055) you may request at any time that we delete your personal data, in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law.

What data can you ask us to delete?

Your WhatsApp number, name and contact details.
Your conversation history with us and any files you sent us.
The information you provided through our forms or messages.

How to request it

Option 1 – By email
Write to ventas@newfashionperu.pe with the subject "Data deletion" and include your full name and the WhatsApp number or email address you used to contact us.

Option 2 – By WhatsApp
From the same number you used to message us, send "DELETE MY DATA".

What happens next?

We verify that the request comes from the data owner.
We delete your data from our systems.
We confirm that the deletion has been completed, within the time limits set by current regulations.

Data we may keep

We may keep, only for as long as the law requires, the information needed to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations (for example, payment receipts) or to handle pending complaints.

About WhatsApp

Deleting your data from our systems does not delete the messages stored on your own phone or the data WhatsApp (Meta) keeps under its own privacy policy.
