In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, New Fashion Peru provides you with our Virtual Complaints Book to register any complaints or claims regarding our jewelry products or services.
Instructions for Submitting a Claim:
To ensure that your request is processed with our hallmark promptness and responsibility, please follow these steps:
Download the template: Click on the button below labeled "Complaints Book" to obtain the PDF file for the "NFP Complaints Book".
Complete the information: Fill out all requested fields with your personal details, specific information about the product purchased (gold or silver jewelry), and a description of your claim.
Save with your changes: When finished, click the download button in your browser and choose the option "With your changes". This step is essential to ensure we receive your completed information rather than a blank document.
File naming: Once saved, rename the file to: Reclamo_NFP_[YourName / CompanyName].pdf.
Send by email: Submit the attached document to our official email address: ventas@newfashionperu.com.
Email subject line: Please use the following template for the subject line: "Claim - [Your Full Name / Your Company Name]".
